I kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. However, if you choose to reschedule within the 24-48 hour window, the fee may be waived.

No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Clients who do not pay the required cancellation or no-show fee will not be able to book future appointments.

There is a 15-minute grace period from the start of your appointment time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, I may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.

For all extension services, a consultation is required prior to booking to ensure we create the best plan for your hair goals.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I always try to be as understanding as possible. Fees may be waived at my discretion in the case of genuine emergencies.
